It seems to be invalid, most likely caused by a .meta change / install. Please revert that & retry.

oh no, I see because I am having meta issues with my vehicles after the GTA V update where the handling meta has become invalid after my custom vehicle pack was copied over from the previous version. So what can I do to solve this?

You shouldn't copy over .meta files. Instead, you want to copy over specific entries and replace them in the existing .meta file. 🙂
