This crash is caused when a callout is trying to access a ped/vehicle that was despawned. For example, if a car is a part of a callout and you tow it away, the callout may try to access this vehicle.

 

In this case, it looks like you used GrammarPolice to get a ped check, and there was an issue with the ped.

 

Try ending the callout before you modify/transport peds.
