My game keeps crashing on start up and it says this

Exception type: System.xml.xmlexception

Exception message: The ‘VehicleSet’ start tag on line 456 position 5 does not match the end tag of ‘LosSantosCounty’. Line 476, position 5.

 

Anyone familiar with this?

Have you modified any XML files for any of your plugins?

Yes, I did when I was installing Security+. But I followed the instructions for uninstalling it.

Did you modify UltimateBackup?

Yes, I did. Do you think that is the problem?

Try a fresh copy of it.

@phumann15 Make it a habit to save all files you mod, in a backup-folder. It will make things so much more simple for you, if you need to roll back -Sorry to knock you with something obvious.

I think you are missing an end-tag, so the engine read down to end tag of ‘LosSantosCounty’.
Find ‘VehicleSet’ start tag, and check if there is a corresponding end-tag, before next block

This is more than likely a UltimateBackup issue, as it is a department based problem, and VehicleSet is probably referencing vehicles for that department.

Replaced the Ultimate Backup file and my game is fixed. Thank you guys.
