Whenever lspdfr is about to load I get the error “Out of game memory, please reboot and restart the game” does anyone know how to fix this.

Try installing all of these:

 

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

 

If this doesn't work, please send a RAGEPluginHook.log file which is located in your GTAV root folder.

ill try but the only reason i didnt try this is because i installed "'GameConfig File for GTA V Update v2699" to fix the infinite loading screen and it doesn't work with the pack file limit adjuster because it causes errors.

It does work. I've been using the combo myself for the longest time. This is just an issue on your end.
