Hey guys, I have a problem with getting decals on my EUP uniforms since last update, it's a bit odd though.

Specifically, decals work just fine when I start GTA V without RPH and just load MP character through trainer. Did it while trying to fix the issue
But then when I start the game with RPH the decals seem to be completely gone. I already tried veryfing game files, I checked commandline.txt and didn't find "-scOfflineonly". Even reinstalled RGL. No luck though. I know that decals need online connection to load so it feels like RPH has some sort of problem with getting those decals, while GTA V itself does not. I don't know what's that all about, but it started happening after recent update. I do have the latest RPH and LSPDFR, as well as gameconfig and packfile limit adjuster.

Also my game folder is excluded from antivirus software and I added RPH to exclusions on windows firewall. Still no luck.

Any help?

Known issue. Not sure of a fix yet.

I feel displaced without my Officer III chevrons 😆. At least as a replacement I can play as SAHP officer or LSSD Deputy.until it gets fixed.

Are the devs actually aware about this? Unless it's not RPH/LSPDFR related issue.

on the eup discord the supporters are aware of the issue and i think they are working on a solution but im not sure

 RPH disables online parts of the game, and had to more aggressively do so as a pattern changed in the latest version.

Damn. Tough luck. Now I hope EUP guys will figure this out somehow. Thanks for the reply and apologies for wrong forum!

i think this is because rockstar after last update moved decals files to other folders and now even if eup is up to date decals aren't connected because cant be found in folders i don't know if its the problem but it can be if someone could check it this would be very useful
