PackfileLimitAdjuster was just recently made compatible with the new GTAV version, which is causing this issue. You can find it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster.

 

Also ensure that you have a custom gameconfig.xml, this is the only one as of now:

Have you updated GTAV, RAGE and LSPDFR fully? This new packfile update seemed to fix it for most.

Interesting. I'm willing to bet you either installed the new PackfileLimitAdjuster wrong. Make sure you installed everything correctly. The new Limit Adjuster and all of its files should go into your GTAV root folder. Also ensure you have ScriptHookV.

It has just been updated and it fixed the problem. Suggest redownloading it and try again
