Okey so , i have been finished again the game for the shake of God if someone can help me i would really appreciate it . 

I finished the game again , i installed lspdfr manually , i have done everthing correctly, i have seen multiple videos on yt step by step and i keep receiving the same God Damm Message on rageplugin Hook that cd not hook with game process or bad advirus . I have set off my ream time protection of Microsoft advirus the same thing ... I have force it to open via Window mode again the same thing . Latest version of everything again the same thing . I am so desperate please someone help if has a troubleshoot programm or smth . I have 3080 ti amd 3900x and other stuff it cant be my pc's  problem. It happend 1-2 times to go inside correctly and then when i was going on duty the game was crushing . the liveries weren't seenable . (I run rageplugin every time as admin ). 

i am hopeless

Try to start RAGE in Admistrator mode, if that doesnt work try to whitelist RAGE in your Antivirus program. Thats what helped me with this problem. Especially the first one. Good Luck!

I have done it already all the time run it as admin .

Please only run Rage as Admin if you are having issues otherwise run it normally

Try adding your GTA 5 Main directory to your windows defender

Nope nothing again . I am done with is . I am just desparate . Dont know whats going on but years ago it was much better

i have disabled anti virus real time protection , i have disabled  nvidia in game overlay , i have applied the anti virus extecion as well on gta v folder . Nothing WORKS . How is this possible ? Like something is messin up . again and again the same Problem . I run Rage plugin as administrator every Single timeeeeeeeeeeee .

last thing you can try:

start on page 4 to make sure, SYSTEM, Administrators and your own user have ALL permissions.

 

 

pls post your ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder, if it gets created at all.

Definitely try what OfficerChris1 last suggested. And then if you have the same problem like I did after trying all of the above, try closing Steam and then launching RagePluginHook. Relaunching Steam seemed to help in my case. Please let us know if any of that works or not.

 

Edit: Ok so I reverted everything and tried to go through it one by one. What it took to work for me is turning off the GeForce Experience In-game Overlay and also having all permissions like OfficerChris1 said right above. Then restarted Steam and launched RPH, worked like a charm!
