The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

As Cyan said, RagePluginHook won't show your plugins there. LSPDFR manages plugins, and once you go on duty in LSPDFR, they will all load.

thanks for trying too help but they are simply not showing up.when  i am on the menu and looking for the callouts they are not there too.like honestly what the hell can i do wrong? the read me folder is  telling me to put them into the plugins folder and that is what i am doing and they are still not shoting up

You are missing the LSPDFR plugin folder. As you can see in the screenshot, this is the folder that you would put SuperCallouts in. Please make a folder called "LSPDFR" inside of Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and then drop SuperCallouts in there.

holy shit man.i did it and it worked INSTANTLY! man why the hell this folder wasnt there in first place? i mean couldnt they tell me? holy moly i wasted so much time and in the end its just making an folder. THANKS ALOT!

Haha no problem. It should've been installed when you install LSPDFR. Maybe you mistook it and deleted it by accident.
