The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I recently lost alot of files and some happen to be my old backup so I don't have the correct version to play. Is there anyway of getting them or a way I can still play lspdfr

     rename your mods folder to _mods and then load the game 

    IF this works then this means your mods folder is corrupt and you can either Find the file thats doing this or redo your mods folder
