Since about 2 days everytime i start the game and force duty in the F4 console a warning appears that says: " unhandled exception in console command". Also i can't spawn any police cars (they don't appear when I type the vehicles name in the comnsole) and the NPC cars look very strange and change the color to some random strange colors when you stand next to them the same thing when I get in I don't know what's going on I hope someone can help me.

there is no error in your log I would Try renaming your mods folder to _mods
Then try start your game again.

You're vehicles are gone because you renamed the mods folder, which disables it.
However if renaming your mods folder stopped your problem that means unfortunately something in your mods folder is causing your issue.
Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. If you can remember what you installed or edited most recently then you can try and remove it or restore the vanilla version.
Otherwise I'm afraid you're gonna have to restart your mods folder, **as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue**.
The only other thing it could be is **if you recently installed a large amount of __addon cars__** you may need to install a custom gameconfig.

ok so the last thing I installed was a riot truck including a vehicles meta and a handling meta but i don´t know how to set the metas back to default

Since it doesn't specifically relate to LSPDFR, rather the modding of GTA 5 itself it was moved. Regardless; https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars that right there should help if you still are having the problem. Follow the instructions and read the description at the bottom of the page. You'll need to add a whole bunch of other things like packfile limiter and heap adjusters. Best of luck.
