I'm actually having this problem to with my 'morevehicles' file, don't know how to activate ELS on it and all.

Which model are you using? 

 

It may also be that you placed it in the morevehicles file. I replaced my polpatriot with a motorcycle (changed handling too so it functions like a motorcycle), and did not put it in the morevehicles file.

 

Another problem is that you may not have enabled ELS on your vehicle. This can be changed by editing the ELS.ini by changing whatever vehicle you added/replaced the motorcycle with to "Active=TRUE".
