Upgrading to a RTX 3060. Will this have a big performance increase?

Featured Replies

Hi, i have been playing lspdfr for over 1 Year and played on a terrible prebuilt PC with a r9 280 i recently completly upgraded my pc about 5 months ago. In a few weeks i'm upgrading to a RTX 3060 and i want to know if anyone has one and how well it performs with lspdfr and with a lot of mods, modded vehicles, plugins etc?

My Current PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 11400f 6 Core 2.6GHz (4.4GHz Max)

MOBO: MSI Intel B560-A PRO ATX Motherboard

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz DDR4 (2x8Gb)

GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1060 6GB WindForce 2X OC

PSU: 600W (Cannot Remember Brand)

I have been wondering the same thing. I would think with the new Nvidia 40 series coming out that the higher end 3080's and 3090's will go down in price. Just my take. I went to 32gb ram at 3200 and noticed a difference. With the GPU and I5 you have now I would think it will be a pretty good jump. What RTX 3060 are you going with?
