GTA IV does, LCPDFR does not.
How can I play lcpd on a controller then? Do I have to use the key board & controller

Also can u help me from the thread from yesterday?

    I personally use Keyboard for LCPDFR and Xbox360 controller to drive. With 3rd party controllers you can use software like xpadder though, to keybind the LCPDFR keys to the controller.
