That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder.
If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

Has to be this one, would be glad if you can help me, have this problem since a while

Try launch regular GTA first, then once you've loaded in story mode and can move your character around tab-out and launch RagePH.

Apparently there is a problem with my gta 5,i cant even open the regular one. Tried some things that i read on the internet but nothing worked... Really bizarre because the only thing i do with mods is lspdfr and installing vehicle models with openiv, so i didnt change other things to the gta 5 main files

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods
Then try start your regular game again.

Didnt work.. Do u know something else to try?, thank u. Otherwise i think i will just delete all my mods and restart installing them again, already did that once and that works, but takes some time of course. 

Do you have a vfs.dll file in your main game directory?
if you do Rename the vfs.dll file to _vfs.dll. 
Then try start your game again.
If that doesn't work or you don't have a vfs.dll file Please upload your Asiloader.log and ELS.log (they can be found in your main GTA directory)

I have no vfs file. So here is the asiloader.log, but I couldnt find an ELS.log, is that possible? Thank u again for your fast respond

go to `Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default` and delete the firetruk.xml file
