I've removed your attachment as it contained an IP address.

 

As for the unban, no, sorry. The IP address in the screenshot belongs to a hosting company that does not respond to abuse e-mails and as such cannot be unbanned, in order to maintain the integrity of the site. You can turn off your VPN to prevent the error.
