So basically I run RPH, I have no other plugins for LSPDFR it's just LSPDFR on its own. I've reinstalled the mod multiple times, reinstalled GTA 5, but it STILL crashes at the loading plugin. My game won't even load me into Franklin, Michael or Trevor it just stops and closes after the beep.

You may want to make your GTA V folder an exception to your antivirus and then rebooting your pc. 

also try starting rph as administrator, disable geforce overlay, make sure in properties all hooks as an user are enabled and gta / rph has good access

I found out the problem, I had to completely uninstall LSPDFR (deleting the left behind folders as well after uninstallation) and had to reinstall it. There were files that were previously corrupted... I'm kinda dumb for that. It's fixed now though. 🙂

Well, the solution to this problem is very simple. The firewall program made a ban on the game from the Internet. You must make sure that your game is connected to the Internet, and the Firewall program does not block it. If you do not know where the problem is, disable Firewall Windows Bitdefender Fire Windows, fear the Control Panel, and from there to Security and Firefall Windows

this is not true at all

the solution would be buy a new pc xDD
