and I'll spawn as Michael in his house. If I go on duty, the map loading will start to stutter and get really bad. I made a post about this and I'm wondering if I can move it because it doesn't happen without LSPDFR

Do you have mods folder, LML mods or anything similar?

I fixed this problem, I had some ELS-dependent (Needs ScriptHookV) cars I forgot about, I just removed them for now.

Ok, I just tried out the new ScriptHookV and it's still crashing. I followed the car addon's readme exactly.

Remove your update.rpf and update2.rpf from the mods folder, and then re-install the mods exactly as described in the instructions for that vehicle.

I think it's ELS, not the cars. ELS won't work no matter what I do. When I get into a cop car and turn on the sirens, it CTD with no log, no message from RPH, nothing. It's like I ended the process through the task manager. I tried again with this pack as well as its addons. So it crashed while loading with the new pack (instead of when getting in the car) and I actually got logs. I don't know which one you would need so here they are:Logs.zip

Did you update your gameconfig.xml?

If no else do, remove ELS.
