    It's SirenSettings Adjuster. Shit's being fiesty. My guess is that it's the new RPH causing issues.

    This is standard for most departments. As on more than one occasion, suspects have been known to get back up even after being shot multiple times and continue to fight.

    A mate of mine had this exact issue. 
    He has fixed it. He says the vehicles.awc were too large. That might be the issue

    Remove ScriptHookV and just leave the .asi files in the root folder. I don't think it works with ScriptHookV.NET though
