Hi I have a big problem, I installed this https://unionmods.com/?p=viewfile&file=117 from union mods and I used the package installer for the oiv file and in the game it appears to have added them but the ELS is just broken and I don't know how to get ELS. Also I've tried to remove them but when I go into OpenIV it shows no police or sheriff vehicles in vehicles.rpf but in the game it still shows the vehicles from the oiv file please help!

Hi, where did you install the OIV package ?

I don't know I just opened openIV and pressed Package installer and installed the oiv file

Yes I have a mods folder

Do you want to remove them or repair ?

I kind of want to repair them but if that doesn't work i'd like to remove them, the only problem with them is the ELS not working

Can you show me the folder :Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default\

and also mods\update\x64\dlcpack\ in OpenIV please

Yeah, that what I was thinking, there is no ELS file installed, i don't know where they are because it's a OIV file so I can't extract the file

Try to reinstall the OIV and re check the ELS folder

Alright I've re-installed the oiv file and the .xml files have appeared in my ELS folder I'll go try it in the game and let you know if it worked

I've tried and went into the game but the ELS still stays still like only the rear lights start flashing a bit but the lightbars are just gone, any other way I can fix this? If not can you show me how to remove the vehicles because their not in vehicles.rpf when I type in sheriff or police

What key do you press for the siren and light, try to press 3 time "J" for going in code 3 and then "1"

Yeah I've fixed the problem the vehicles were in patchdayng22

So the installation with the OIV didn't work correctly ?

Yeah you were right I had to press J 3 times
