Sorry i didn't see the error, in the rage plugin hook parameter you need to leave the parameter "disableCustomLoadingScreen" blank

How can I do that?

When you open the Ragepluginhook.exe there is a windows who appear and on it there is a little gear, click it and naviguate on the menu and find disableCustomLoadingScreen, leave it blank and Save

It still crashes.

What plugin do you use (Scripthook and lspdfr plugins) ?

I removed everything, reinstalled gta 5 and only installed lspdfr with auto setup. I don't have script hook or any plugins exept lspdfr.

What ? You don't have ScriptHook ?

Yes from the time I made this post I uninstalled everything and only reinstalled lspdfr.

You absolutly need ScriptHook, you can download it from here : http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

You should not be receiving this error. Something is potentially broken with your Windows installation (unless you happen to have a Microsoft.CSharp.dll file in your GTA folder??).

Try running System File Checker - built in to Windows.

Really ? My bad, i'am so sorry

So I managed to fix it. I typed sfc /scannow in to cmd, it did its job and fixed it. I want to thank both of you for helping, your advice greatly contributed to the solution. I want to thank you for a second time for also fixing other unrelated pc issues I was having, by fixing those corrupt windows files. In the process of me desperately trying to find a solution i managed to somehow ruin one of my hard drives, but thankfully there wasn't any important information on it, I was planning to buy a new one anyways.
