The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello,

 

I haven't tried it myself, but I believe you can remove it by creating your own outfit using a uniform pre-set, and modifying the accessories. Sometimes this is annoying, but I believe this is the only way, unless you download custom EUP uniforms.
