Hello!

 

So a couple of days ago my friend tried making a LSPDFR account and it said this "Sorry, but we couldn't process your registration at this time.". I searched it and apparently you can't create multiple accounts. He claimed he doesn't have one so I'm not sure if he's lying or somethings wrong with LSPDFR, he tried multiple emails as well but nothing worked.
