LSPDFR has been working normally but than out of know where after 10-15 mins of play my textures disappear e.g. Ground Buildings and low quality textures. it also happens whenever i got into my menu and go back out of it! How does this happen? Is there any permanent fix?

    If you have 4K vehicles installed, decrease the livery size to 2K or 1080P. Also remove any map mods, HD texture mods, and high quality vehicle mods, if any.

    These both temporally worked but its just started happening again. Is there a permanent fix for this?

    These Issues are still present for my current build so I don't think this is a hardware issue.
