Intel 12700K | 32GB DDR5 5600 | RTX 3070 FE 8GB These Issues are still present for my current build so I don't think this is a hardware issue.

The doors wont open when I hit E, this only happens when I replace the police cars with vehicles from here, which are the [ELS] LSPD Mega Pack [Manual/DLC] || All Blue || Code 3 Lighting Package 1.0.0 and the [ELS] LCSO Liberty Pack 1.1.0. Is there a specific way I need to install them, or is it just something I'm doing wrong? I noticed the NPC's can still place suspects in the back of their vehicles so I'm just lost. If you're wondering how I installed them, I just replaced the ones in the mods folder. I've also tried using arrest manager but that doesn't seem to work either. I'm getting really tired of having to call for transport every time I arrest someone please help!
