The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try removing the following:

 

- Traffic Policer

- Assorted Callouts

- PoliceLifeS

[3/13/2022 1:42:56 PM.551] LSPD First Response: WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: Plugin "LSPD First Response" main fiber).

 

As per the FAQ, increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings.
