Rageplugin Hook Insufficent Permissions

Featured Replies

So, I haven't played LSPDFR for about 3 months. Two days ago, I hopped on, and it all worked as it should've. I went to hop on yesterday and Rage plugin hook said, "Slow System or Insufficient Permissions" THEN I restarted my PC. It opened right up. Later I backed out of game. Next time I opened it the issue came up.  I decided to update my game and all my mods thinking that would fix it. The error persisted. I then decided to go freshly reinstall my game and all the mods. Error persisted. I have tried it in admin mode. I have tried allowing it through my antivirus.

The weird thing

The issue won't happen right after I restart my PC. It only happens after I already opened the game once. It's like its still running or something. But it isn't.

Important detail. I use Epic Games not Steam.

Directly after posting this it worked once. It proceeded to not work after exiting game. It is very random on when it chooses to work.

Slow System or Insufficient Permissions

add your whole gta folder to exception in your antivirus, if you have one installed.

otherwise, you still have to add it to default win 10 antivirus: tutorial: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-47e4-c301afe13b26

This also didn't work. It still responds with Slow System or Insufficient Permissions
