Should I install Ultimate Backup if it has been scanned by Virustotal.com and is considered to have one file that is containing Malware? Or Is there another way to install the file on the Lspdfr website? If anyone can help me. Thank you

Ultimate Backup does not contain any virus, and it's a false positive.

That said, the website is stacked with redirects & adverts so make sure to use an AdBlocker when using it.

I'm not even defending Ultimate Backup, but you do realize how VirusTotal works, right?

It scans files with around 50ish AV engines and honestly for most non-digitally signed files and files that do stuff around memory or scripthooks, one of those engines is going to return a false positive.

Go scan LSPDFR or LML for instance.

 

Using a mod comes mostly down to trust you have for the author and distribution source.

The choice of using this mod comes down to you.
