Not sure what I did.  i installed some mods last night however it was working fine.  I started it up today and it started crashing at different times e.g. while loading, when going on duty, 10 minutes after playing.....attached is the log from rage for the latest crash.

yes i deleted police radio and grammar police.  i have also tried loading without any mods loading via hook

 

and yes I followed your post about trying things out before posting

1. You haven't actually deleted grammar police (or you've provided an old log file)

2. The crash is related to a missing file from STP so either it's missing or you installed STP wrong. So would you mind providing screenshots of your Plugins folder and the LSPDFR folder inside your plugins folder

what is STP?

 

 

 

Also now I am getting an error message for EUP menu.  it says I do not have Law and Order installed

You have installed a lot of things in the wrong folder.

Take everything inside this folder except for the two LSPD First response files and the LSPDFR folder and put them in the LSPDFR folder.

Download the OIV version of this https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/8151-emergency-uniforms-pack-law-order/

ok where does the OIV go?

Open openIV
Click Tools>Package Installer

navigate to and select the OIV

make sure to install in the mods folder

You've installed barely anything correctly.

If you read your log file, you'll see the file you haven't installed properly.

Ok.  So what do I do?  I dragged and dropped how I was supposed to.  I was then told via above to take it all and place it into my LSPDFR folder, which I did.

 

im not trying to be a pain in the ass but the instructions are getting mixed somewhere.

 

is there a way of CLEANLY deleting and starting over without having to delete GTA and then reinstalling?

Reinstall Stop the Ped. You should end up with two stop the ped files and a StopThePed folder in gta/plugins/lspdfr
