I had this crash report on rage plugin hook after installing a vehicle mod when i'm on the loading screen, i tried to delete all of the vehicles that i added and it still does the same crash report. this is the first paragraph, don't know if it can help someone tell me what i have bad or to delete.

You doesn't have to delete it, you just need to change the name of mods to _mods( or any other name), it will disable the mod folder to load when you start gta5, afterthat if gta5 was loaded correctly, then you know the problem is come from mods folder. If it wasn't, then the problem is about gta5 instead of those mods you have installed.

For good measure, it'd be good if you attached your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory.

I tried what you said, and it works, but how can i know what file or download to delete

You can't unfortunately.

Make sure you have a custom gameconfig, heap & packfile adjuster installed for good measure, which are required for addons etc.
