Anyone know of any nice model and texture police car models with els. Also i like them with lots of light for example light bar , tail lights , plate lights, rear window lights?

Nutt gave you some good choices but when it comes to cars its really your choice. Take 10 minutes and look through the download section on here and GPM. I guarantee you that you'll find something because in the end only you can choose the cars you want to use. Here are some more cars that I made that have moderate to a lot of lights...
