RPH stays stuck on launching game, does not hook on to GTA

RPH does not want to hook onto the game, it doesn't recognize the game is running. whether i run through steam or not. attached is my log file any help is appreciated.

Did you check in the task manager if GTA V was still running when you launched it?

 

(Sometimes as dumb as it sounds GTA V stays open even after closing it)

I'm sorry to hear, but in that case I can only recommend re-installing Rage.
