Did you install the CountryMurders plugin correctly? Looking at the log, it feels like one of its files (the one supposed to go in your plugins/lspdfr folder) is not installed correctly or at the correct location.

    You are missing NightYield.Callout.Infrastructure for NightYield's Callouts.

    Move it from /Plugins/LSPDFR to your main GTA V folder.
