I've made this, for if you're still looking for one, as just an example; would be nice with the cops theme and maybe an animation of movement and a lightbar flashing in the back (I don't know making that:/)

Again a bump, been really quiet about this but I'd like to tell you guys I'm just doing the finishing touches on this project. I still can't say the exact date when it will be out since I'm worried about rendering it. There's a chance it might screw me over a couple of times. :x
