And still no world events are happening. What are the names of the world events to start them using the console with StartWorldEvents?

World Events does not have a blip or anything. Do you understand how LSPDFR vanilla world events works?

I continued testing and definitely did not understand them. I was able to find one which was "stealcar" which creates a pedestrian that gets into a car and you can hear the alarm going off. Is there a list of all these events made in LSPDFR?

 

Additionally, what are the chases where the red big button appear randomly? Is this the Escaped event from LSPDFR?

 

I was just hoping to force them in order to show them in a youtube video how they work, but have been unable to.

They are not events. They are controlled separately, happens only if there were suspects escaped from previous chase.

Also, StealCar event has a feature - if you see that suspect leaving with the stealed car you can just hold down B and it will initiate a pursuit.

Is the suspect from previous chase spawned and if you hold down B it creates a new chase for you.
