I am having light flicker only at night time in game, ELS isn't the issue because when I flip on the lights it seems as though it stops it temporarily. But as soon as the camera pans into a complete dark space it flickers light then dark. I am using VisualV, I don't know if that has anything to do but I tried reinstalling but nothing. Also tried messing with in game settings but nothing works. Please help as night patrols are my favorite thing to do but its broken. 😕
