ELS sirens do not lit

I've been having this problem for a long time, I've reinstalled the game twice and uninstalled all the graphic mods I had, but this problem keeps happening, I was researching and saw that Radiance V supposedly could solve that, but it didn't , I mean, it only works when I'm not close from the car, when I'm near or in the car, the sirens are so colorless it doesn't even seem like they're lit.

I've already tried downloading ELS enhacements and stuff to try to resolve this, so as this was the last resource

whoever knows how to help me or needs some information to try to help, I'm here
