Please Help. I've uninstalled gta twice and redownloaded but I cant fic the issue. I always get stuck on the infinite load screen with or without mods folder active. I've tried everything I could find and still no fix. everything is completely up to date but it still wont load. I've been trying to fix this for over a week.

I can't remember if this solves the problem but in the Rage setting console, click Game Settings then Command Line Switches and Check the Force Windowed Mode.

Try if you haven't, to OpenIV.  When you're in it might say you have an outdated mods folder.  Looks like this.  If so, updated it.

I've been looking to see if thats the issue but i dont get a green box or anything when i go to open.iv

I have similar issue. Everything starts perfect. Then I have the INTRO and then I click anything then I have black screen and turining circle in lower right corner and can wait forever. Game reactes on F4 and shows attached log file.
