The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I've been going through some problems with EUPFR Basic Configurations, i've tried all 3 files (EUPFR Basic, EUPFR Outfits only and EUPFR Basic - without addon cars) and every time I load into GTA V with one of these files, go to the Police Locker and pick out a uniform it's always some random assortment and mix match of clothes, not any actual police uniforms. If anyone could help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it.

    After reinstalling Law&Order 8.2, and Serve&Rescue 1.4, it will work. I think as long as you install any vest will upset the EUPFR wardrobe, I have the same problem before. The EUPFR runs perfectly after no vest is installed. Sorry I have bad English, I hope I can help you
