LSPD First Response 0.4.9 crashed

First of all sorry for bad english
 

I used LSPDFR on my Steam version GTA V but whenever i try to play the game it crashes. What happens is: I'm playing and the game pauses for some seconds and then gives the error message something like "LSPD First Response.dll has Crashed".

Remove Chill callouts as its outdated and needs traffic policer(Also outdated)

ı'm removed Chill Callouts.

 

I search a suspects vehicle in the game and LSPD First Response.dll crashed again.

As a new problem random cars spawned front of mp apartment. Here it is RPH.log
