The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

neither GTA or LSPDFR will load up for me

if you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and start gta.

if the game is working now, you have a problem in the mods folder.

I got it to work and I have no idea thanks
