For future reference, it tends to be helpful to state what your issue is, what you've tried to do to fix it etc when posting here, instead of just leaving a log file. This helps people troubleshoot your issue.

@CyanIm sorry my brother made this thread because I was busy, 
I installed Realism Dispatch Enhanced and now my game crashes when I load up the game with rage plugin hook, 

Plugins dont even start to load

Loads longer now but still crashes at the end of all plugins

Realism Dispatch Enhanced is 4 years old, I would suggest removing it.
