I modified Agency.xml but it does not work.

Hi, I'm sorry for writing in the support topic, but I could not find any better topic, if this isn't the right topic for this argument please tell me and I'm gonna ask these question into another topic, thanks.
I wanted to add Police Vehicles, and make the SAHP use that vehicles, I downloaded the plugin LML - Extra Slots 2.3.0 and then I added the vehicles in game ( It has been done correctly cuz I can spawn them in Game ), so I needed to make the SAHP use those vehicles, that's why I modified "Agency.xml", after doing that neverthing changed ( the SAHP spawn only with default vehicles ( police4 and policeb ) and not with the vehicles I added ( policeb1; policeb2;  police5;police6;police7;police8 ) ) Have I do some mistakes/ do I have to modify another files? ( I putted here only an Image of the SAHP agency, if the entire file is needed please tell me and I will add it to the post ).

  

 

( Because I don't know how to write from zero a file like this I copied and pasted the ped and the flags from the LSSD Agency )

You edited them into the Patrol Unit; not the Motor Unit.

I added the Patrol Unit ( copying that from the LSSD Agency ) because if I add the vehicles in the motor unit the NPCs would spawn with the biker texture, and -even if I have added policeb1 and policeb2- if I call a police bike ( with ultimate backup ) it only spawns policeb -and not  b1 and b2-. If I edit into the motor unit -adding police5,6,7,8- it should work?

And I forgot to say, another question: I modified the "Agency.xml" into Gta V>lspdfr, It's right or I have to edit the one in Gta V>lspdfr>data ?
