The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Currently looking into the ingoing problems.

You can still use RagePluginHook with the displayed error message. Just let it load and edit your settings ingame. 

 

For me i started RPH and 2nd time after the Error showed and got into the game no issues and LSPDFR works doing that.

 

Hope this helps till a Update is done.

    Any idea if this only works if you've already went through first time setup? I did a fresh install to remove and replace some plugins and it loads the "Settings" page and hangs.

    It most likey only will from what I'm guessing.

    Either do it in offline mode (disconnect from the internet entirely while you're doing the setup) or just press Enter a bunch of times.
