I have been trying to install EUP: Law & Order 8.2 and it will say : The Installation failed 
A fatal error occurred during the installation. Please check the log file for error details.

1. Make sure GTA V is closed during the installation.

2. Make sure you have copied your update folder to /mods and that the update.rpf isn't corrupted.
(You can open it in OpenIV and check)
