The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I open GTA5 on Epic Games and I run RagePluginHook as normal. Everything works, but when I put ScriptHook into the game files (and reopen gta of course), the game crashes. Is there a fix for this?

    Can you send screenshots of your GTA V folder?
    Or the ScripthookV.log when the game crashes, even?

    Nevermind that works, the problem I'm having is with EnableMPCars.asi, I need that plugin for my showcase on cars. However, I cannot figure out why my game crashes when I put the file in the game folder. Do you think you can help me with that?
