What exactly does the NOOSE Police (Police Security Enforcement) do? Is it a role protecting properties or is it a regular police officer but with more experience?

    I would say they are like the GTA V equivalent of SWAT. They are called in for more intense situations like an active shooter. Something that would require a heavier presence from police.
