The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It is normal. Just a notification telling you LSPDFR and the game is loaded.

    Did it pops up Blocked Plugin, or LSPD First Response has crashed? And upload your RAGEPluginHook.log, a file found together with GTA5.exe

    You will need to upload RAGEPluginHook.log as an attachment. It is found in the same folder as of GTA5.exe, the main game executable.

    If you cannot understand what is "in the same folder as of GTA5.exe", it's in where you installed the game.
