The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 

first time pc gamer first time mod installer. idk what this means. where do i find this to download... i have downloaded everything necessary (used download video to help me) but where do i download this at???

thank you so much for helping. i am starting game through rockstar games launcher and then alt tab out and clicking rage plugin hook in my files and it just tells me i am missing the download still. am i supposed to start the mod some other way? thanks

In your gta root folder, you can start the game with RAGEPluginHook.exe, and this starting also rockstar games  launcher.
