[ELS] Police cars siren blip missing

I realized that the SIREN BLIP [ELS] no longer works for some cars, such as POLICE, POLICE2, SHERRIF. Siren Blip always happens when you turn on the lights code 3 at a traffic stop or when you turn the lights on and off quickly. Does anyone know how to solve this problem so that my cop cars work again siren blip?

    Did you fix this? I want to turn off the siren blip so if you fixed it can you tell me how
