When I drive around with lspdfr loaded ,mostly in city, there will just be police cars spawned in the road with no-one in them. Its not game breaking just quite annoying when your going code 3 to a call and one just spawns in front of you. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Spawn? Does it mean it pops up right in front of you or you drive pass one like passing the PD? You can disable it in the vehicles meta flagging do not spawn in cargen I believe

Yea like driving pass the PD but they spawn a little later than if I was driving pass PD. Do you know what line I have to change to disable it is?

Hey I'm sorry to disturb you here but could you pls take a look at my thread under LSPDFR Support or have someone help me cause its been more than 2 days. Once again I'm deeply sorry for using @TobeyCD 's forum. 

I believe the issue is coming from Rich's Police Enhancements ambient backup, which should be disabled. It fixed it for me at the firt try but I don't know if it's consistent.
